Taka bréfa til viðskipta á Aðalmarkaði Kauphallarinnar í London og afskráning af AIM

(AIM, NASDAQ Iceland: AMRQ, OTCQX: AMRQF) tilkynnir að hlutabréf félagsins verða tekin til skráningar í flokknum Equity Shares (Commercial Companies) á opinberum lista breska fjármálaeftirlitsins (Financial Conduct Authority) og til viðskipta á Aðalmarkaði (Main Market) Kauphallarinnar í London kl. 8:00 í dag. Samhliða því verður viðskiptum með hlutabréfin á AIM hætt.

Við skráningu verða alls 466.244.132 hlutabréf útgefin. Félagið á engin eigin hlutabréf og því nemur heildarfjöldi atkvæðisbærra hluta í félaginu 466.244.132.
